The Board of Directors, Management and Staff of AIC Finance Limited, AIC Securities Limited and AIC Capital Market Brokers Limited which comprise the AIC Financial Group Limited wish to advise the general public that all entities within the Group, viz, AIC Finance Limited, AIC Securities Limited and AIC Capital Market Brokers Limited, are properly and adequately capitalised and are in compliance with the respective pieces of legislation under which they are licensed.

The public is also advised that AIC Finance Limited, AIC Securities Limited and AIC Capital Market Brokers Limited of the AICTT Group are affiliates of the AIC Group of Companies which also includes National Commercial Bank of Jamaica (Jamaica’s largest banking group), with assets amounting to TT$22.24 billion, AIC Limited (a Canadian asset manager with approximately TT$50 billion in assets under management), and Berkshire Group of Companies (a Canadian Financial Advisor and Securities Brokerage with approximately TT$60 billion in assets under administration).
